Information you choose to share
The contact tool prepares a message in your own email application. It does not submit your entered information to an ACS website database. If you send that message or contact ACS directly, ACS receives the information you choose to provide and uses it to respond and discuss services.
Website storage and analytics
This website uses Metricool to measure visits, viewed pages, referral sources, and approximate visitor location. Metricool receives technical information such as your IP address, the page URL, referring page, and browser window size. Its website tracker does not set cookies. ACS uses these statistics to understand traffic and improve the website. Contact form entries are not sent to Metricool. For details, see Metricool’s privacy policy. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to serve and secure the website. A private review deployment may also require the hosting provider’s sign-in.
Sensitive information
Do not include passwords, patient records, financial account details, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry. Appropriate methods for exchanging sensitive information should be agreed separately.
